Today's systems are increasingly I.P. based and some companies are still working in an analogue world. If their engineering teams don't have networking knowledge they may struggle to resolve faults, leading to repeat visits.

Simple steps to moving your maintenance to Capital

One of our team will make an assessment visit, to see what equipment is installed on site and to verify that it is on our list of supported products. To protect your current contractual commitments, at this stage we will not carry out any 'hands-on' investigation. |

A quotation for the Take-over, commissioning and documentation of your existing systems will be forwarded to you. This is a one-off cost to cover our engineering time. At the same time we will send you costings for the ongoing maintenance of your systems. |

3 - |
Once you approve the quotation, out engineering team will carry our the commissioning and documentation of the system. From this, any problems, deficiencies or end-of-life components will be brought to your attention, along with the cost of our recommended course of action. |

4 - |
You approve or defer our recommendations in accordance with your wishes and circumstances. Either way a baseline is established for the performance of your systems. |

5 - |
That's it! Your system is added to our database and the timing of planned service visits entered on our service calendar. Welcome aboard. |
